dont say i didnt warn you guys.this will be a long long long post. hahas.
SAJC part II
the 3 day orientation at SA finally ended.
like i said, it was DAMN FUN, DAMN TIRING.
i really enjoyed every moment of it.
3 JAN [wed]
gathered in this huge air-conditioned 1000-seater room
which they call the cultural centre [CC] at 7.30am. [ i was late~]
i was in OG 10, with yikcheong and 5 of my primary
school mates. 5 of them! my OG was a foreigner group, made up of
pple from US, thailand, indonesia, msia, nepal, china, hongkong etc.
my OGLs are shirley koh and minyi! [they're great at getting self-high]
had the usual ice breakers, principal talk, stuffs.
got to know our tribes [AMARILLO ROCKS!]
the tribes were:
S avador [green]
A marillo [yellow]
I roxa [purple]
N armetha [red]
T azula [blue]
SAINTS. that's what they call us.
played games and had a mass dance at the hall.
the dance was a boy-girl dance and everyone were like
primary sch kids, eeeewww-ing here and there.
cos we had to hold hands and waist, shake our bums, etc.
not stuff that you'll do with someone you know less than 24 hrs.
4 JAN [thurs]
had tribe gathering and then 'H4 screaming lessons' from jeremy,
the VP of councillors. [he looks incredibly like mr cheong, just that
he's not as sissy and better looking. many girls thought he was cute~
well, he was alright.] had a mass dance aft lunch.
this time, it was indian dance~ so super fun can! hahas.
oh, and shunghua's hand action was inside too!
then we had stage games. aft that was get-wet-time!
we got dunked, water-bombed, splashed, and i got home all wet.
my OG mates are all crazy, fun, super uber high creatures and
our OGL received complains from other OGLs - our group was too enthu.
we've known each other for only 3 days, they're already
organising an outing to sentosa on nxt sat. [too enthu, or what?]
but i wasnt close to them.
cos i dont want to make another best friend. yet, at least. =x
ohoh! there was this OGL in my tribe who
dance so damn well! omg. and he's so cute, so shuai!
wanying has a soft spot for guys who dance :X
5 JAN [fri]
had chapel early in the morning, nearly fell asleep listening
to the guy talk~ then sang so many songs and they prayed.
aft that we went to the classrooms to settle our subject
combination stuff. i'm a BCME student. [bio, chem, maths, econs]
i dont think i'm born a physics student. sorry ms tan!
did CIP [glass painting] in the hall aft that. my glass so cute kays!
then played stage games. damn funny lor. and the OGLs were teaching
the guys how to pick up girls and they got students to act it out.
guy student 1: is your father a baker?
female OGL 1: nope. why?
guy student 1: cos you have great BUNS.
[whole CC went crazy with fits of laughter]
guy student 2: i have 2 words to tell you.
female OGL 2: what is it?
guy student 2: i love you.
female OGL 2: isnt that 3 words?
guy student 2: no. it's 2 words. YOU and I are one.
[whole CC goes awwwww~]
prepared for finale at the gallery and cheered.
then went to the CC for the finale. we screamed
like nobody's business during the cheering competion.
and our mascots are damn cute can! hahas.
and we, the mighty AMARILLO won the overall best tribe!
wahahas. then went to the hall for DISCO party!
they got a live band! and the hall was air-conditioned.
we partied like there's no tml and kept 'encore-ing'.
everyone was busy hitting the balloons around,
waving their light sticks, jumping, screaming.
the most popular song was justin timberlake's sexy back.
cos there was this OGL, evan, who can really shake his butt man!
hahas. and he's so cute! then everyone kept wanting to see
him dance. lols. so we ended at around 9.30pm [supposed 8.30pm]
then went to meet fel and to supper at mac.
i was very very very tired by that time.
but then, we still stayed up to 4am in the morning,
making something for our dearest someone. hahas.
overall, i think that SA is great. they stress a lot
on family-ness. it's like a BIG BIG family and the
councillors made us feel so welcome.
did i mention that SA is FULL of cuties and shuai-ges? lols.
